Happy Tuesday! I hope that everyone had a chance to get out to Bluesfest, and equally hope that people are not too burned out from the musical marathon. Worry not: Adam and I are an excellent cure for live music overload. As always, we air on CKCUfm, 93.1 in Ottawa, www.ckcufm.com for everyone else.

At 7:30, we’ll be joined by Alex Hill of CAPP Ottawa to talk about the fallout from the G20 protests. In the second hour, we’ll have at least one special guest with us to promote the banter.

We’ll also talk about some of the following.

City street furniture plan gets tepid response.

Albertans who drive to fast griping about getting ticketed.

Dalton blinks: eco levy is pulled: Mr. Clean now a dime less expensive.

Devil’s lose their mind and sign Kovalchuck for 17 years.

Semrau not guilty of murder, is (unsurprising!) guilty of being a bad officer.

Pricey parking a persistent problem in other provinces too.

Canada signs big unsourced deal to buy planes we don’t need with money we don’t have.

Conrad Black gets bail.
